Welcome to iQuiz! By accessing or using the iQuiz mobile application ("App") and website operated by Knowledge World, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play iQuiz for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms.

2. User Conduct & Ethical Values

iQuiz is dedicated to Islamic and general knowledge education. You agree to use the platform in a respectful manner and adhere to the following rules:

• Do not attempt to cheat, manipulate points, exploit glitches, or deploy bots/automated scripts.
• Do not harass, demean, or insult other community members or contestants.
• Do not use vulgar, inappropriate, or blasphemous names or profile information.
• Do not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or compromise the app's software or databases.

3. Account Registration & Security

To track your progression across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, and to qualify for leaderboard awards, you may register an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at iquizbn@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

4. Points, Competitions & Real Awards

iQuiz offers daily challenges, monthly tournaments, and topic-based competitions with real awards:

• Points are awarded for verified correct MCQ answers within the allocated time limit.
• Awards are distributed to verified winners based on fair play and official leaderboard verification.
• Any attempt to manipulate scores or collude artificially will lead to immediate disqualification and account termination.
• Knowledge World reserves the right to verify identities before distributing awards.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within iQuiz—including questions, explanations, graphics, audio, logos, and UI designs—are the intellectual property of Knowledge World or its licensors and are protected under international copyright laws.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, handled, and kept safe.

7. Limitation of Liability

iQuiz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to ensure scholarly accuracy in all Islamic questions, Knowledge World shall not be held liable for accidental typographical errors or brief service interruptions.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or undermine the platform's integrity, without prior notice.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of iQuiz after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
